Det norske has made an oil discovery in exploration well 25/1-11 on Storklakken in PL 460. A nine meter oil column has been encountered, with god reservoir quality.

Comprehensive data sampling is being performed in the well and the company will drill a sidetrack in order to assess the size of the discovery.


Det norske holds 100% ownership interest in production license 460.
